    Megatray is a light curing tray material for the fabrication of individual custom trays with extremely highdimensional stability. The composite resin is presentedin form of contoured wafers in the colors pink, blueand transparent (natural).
    The simple processing of Megatray with a long modeling and processing time makes the efficient production of individual custom trays in the laboratory anddental cabinet possible.The universal form and theconsistent thickness of 2.2 mm of Megatray allows theproduction of upper and lower trays.The grip can bemade from the rest of the material.After modulationMegatray must be cured in a light curing unit,e. a.Megalight, for app. 5 minutes.The consistently highquality of the material guarantees a minor polymerization shrinkage (below 2 vol.%) and excellent form stability.

    Product Introduction:
    This product is composed of terpene resin, stearic acid, talc powder and lithopone powder, it is used as an impression materials for denture restoration. Has appropriate plasticity and easy to operate.
    Shelf Life: 2years
    Notice: Store in a dry and cool place.
    lmpression compound should be put into warn water at 50℃-70℃,and knead it while it soak in water to make the inside and outside are consistently soft When the surface is smooth,put it in an impression tray with appropriate size and put into mouth, then the impression can be taken in the oral cavity. Wait a while for the paste to cool down and solidified, and it can be take it out then.
    The temperature for soaking impression compound is not suitable for too high.
    Reuse of impression compound is not recommended.
